It was a nice stay at Hotel Mayura Vijaynagar Hampi, it is located just few mins away from TB Dam.Rooms were clean and tidy.Even though late check in and late check out option was available but they were quite strict in time relaxation and gave us only 1 hour extension,apart from this stay was comfortable.

Very spacious and clean rooms at a budget friendly price. As it's adjacent to TB dam the ambience is very good and the staff are very friendly and advisory.

This property is peaceful and calm to enjoy holidays. TB dam and parks are at walkable distance consequently children will have fun.

The hotel is a very old building but maintained very well. The family room was very spacious. The restaurant has average, very limited items available. But very good restaurants like Kailash are available nearby in 3km. Good Parking space and is located near the main highway and TB Dam.

stay was comfortable, location of the property was excellent and staff was courteous. The restaurant has limited variety of food. The restaurant starts operation late in the morning, so guests who checkout early morning can't get morning coffee and breakfast

The service staff is are polite and helpful but it seems that they are helpless since the staff is very few. There were some 600+ government school children on the very same days of our stay in the same place. Staff could not take care of us and the food was unavailable. Restaurant also has very limited options we stayed only for a day though we had reserved for two days

Plus points: The property is old, built-in around 1963. It's a 2 min walk from TB Dam. It's very clean and neatly organized and managed. The staff is very cooperative. The surroundings are nice. It has a large parking area. It's nearly 12 km from Hampi. Easily accessible. Food is top quality. You can have anything with guaranteed satisfaction. Especially Rice items . minus ➖ points: Less variety of food items as compared to other restaurants. TV has only 1 Hindi and kids channels. it's very frustrating. 😠 During our stay, some school students came to stay there for their education tour arranged by Karnataka govt. Total students were around 400. So the restaurant refused to take any food order for the tourists staying there. They told us that they have to prepare 800 chapati so they can't give food to us. This continued for 2 days. This was disappointing. They should be able to arrange food from other Kstdc hotels in such situations.
